1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using EMACS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Accounts & billing
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. Subscription fees are billed monthly and include a base rate plus a per-seat charge based on your selected tier. A one-time setup fee applies per tier and is billed on your first invoice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to misuse employee data, or to interfere with the Service's operation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit.
4. Data & privacy
We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your employee data. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMACS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
